This study tested a new drug (LY2157299) alone or combined with standard chemotherapy (lomustine) in 158 adults with recurrent glioblastoma, an aggressive brain cancer. The goal was to see if the new drug could help patients live longer or slow tumor growth compared to chemotherapy alone.
