Summary
This study is for children aged 0-18 with a severe form of Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH) that affects multiple organs. It compares standard chemotherapy alone to the same chemotherapy plus a targeted drug called luvometinib. The goal is to see if adding luvometinib helps more children stay free of the disease for longer, with fewer relapses.
