Summary
This study tests a drug called lurbinectedin in people aged 10 and older with certain sarcomas (like Ewing sarcoma) that have come back after treatment. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and can shrink tumors or delay their growth. Participants must have a specific genetic change called a FET fusion. The study has two phases: first finding the best dose, then checking how well it works.
