Personalized lupus drug study halted early

NCT ID NCT05306873

Summary

This study aimed to see if adding a drug called voclosporin to a standard lupus medication (mycophenolate mofetil, or MMF) could better control disease activity. It tested this in a small group of adults with active, non-organ-threatening lupus, grouping them by their immune system profiles. The trial was terminated early and did not complete its planned enrollment.
