Summary

This study tests whether personalized coaching on physical activity and nutrition can reduce fatigue in people with lupus. 200 participants are split into two groups: one gets coaching on exercise and diet, the other gets general lupus education. The goal is to see if the coaching group feels less tired and becomes more active over one year.
