Summary
This study tested whether personalized coaching on physical activity and nutrition could reduce fatigue in people with lupus. 200 participants were split into two groups: one received coaching on exercise and diet, the other received general lupus self-management education. The goal was to see if the coaching group had less fatigue and more physical activity over one year.
