Summary
This study is testing two versions of a personalized risk report called RiskProfile to see if it helps doctors and patients. It compares a standard version and one that includes genetic information to usual care. The goal is to see if these tools make doctors more likely to recommend lung cancer screening and quit-smoking treatments, and if patients are more likely to follow through with them.
