Summary
This study is testing a new approach for patients with advanced, inoperable lung cancer who have no other treatment options left. It combines a precise, high-dose radiation technique that targets only part of the tumor with an immunotherapy drug the patient has already tried. The goal is to see if this combination can better control the cancer's growth and extend the time patients live without their disease getting worse.
