First seen Apr 15, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study is creating a 'living biobank' of miniature tumor models (organoids) from lung cancer patients. Researchers will test how these organoids respond to chemotherapy and targeted drugs, and compare results to what happens in the patient. The goal is to better understand treatment response and improve future care. About 150 adults with stage I-III lung cancer will participate.
