Summary
This study looks at different types of immune cells called neutrophils in the blood of people with lung cancer. Researchers want to see if certain neutrophil subtypes are linked to tumor growth and resistance to treatment. They will compare blood samples from 100 lung cancer patients with samples from healthy volunteers and people with COPD. The goal is to better understand the disease, not to test a new treatment.
