Summary
This study looks at 200 people with both lung cancer and a lung scarring condition called pulmonary fibrosis. Researchers want to see how well immunotherapy (a type of cancer treatment) works in these patients and if it causes more side effects. They will also study tumor samples to understand why some patients respond differently.
