Summary
This study examines how well immunotherapy works for people with both lung cancer and pulmonary fibrosis (scarred lungs). Researchers will compare 200 patients with both conditions to similar patients without scarring, tracking survival and side effects. They also analyze tumor tissue at a cellular level to understand why responses differ.
