New hope for lung cancer patients with tough brain spread

This study is testing a more intensive treatment for people with advanced lung cancer where the disease has spread to the lining of the brain and spine, and has gotten worse despite standard targeted therapy. About 30 participants will receive a higher dose of their targeted pill, plus two other drugs given into the bloodstream and directly into the spinal fluid. The main goal is to see if this combination can better control the cancer in the brain and spine and to monitor side effects.
