Summary

This study tests a new radioactive drug, Lu-177 FAP-2286, in 20 adults with cancer of unknown primary (CUP) that has worsened after standard chemotherapy. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink tumors or stop the cancer from growing. Participants receive the drug intravenously and are monitored for response and side effects.
