Summary
This study tested a new drug, LT3001, in 89 adults who had an acute ischemic stroke (a stroke caused by a blood clot). The goal was to see if the drug is safe and helps recovery when given within 24 hours of symptoms. Participants received either the drug or a placebo, and researchers monitored side effects and outcomes for 90 days.
