Summary

This study tested a new drug called LT3001 in 89 people who had an acute ischemic stroke (a stroke caused by a blood clot). The goal was to see if the drug is safe and if it helps patients recover. Participants received either the drug or a placebo within 24 hours of their stroke. The study found no major safety concerns related to the drug.
