Summary
This study is testing whether using a lower dose of radiation to healthy-looking lymph nodes in the neck can reduce treatment side effects while still effectively controlling HPV-related throat cancer. The trial will enroll 100 adults with early-stage cancer who have not had prior treatment. Researchers aim to maintain excellent cure rates while improving patients' quality of life by reducing radiation exposure to areas not directly involved with the tumor.
