Could less radiation be just as effective for HPV throat cancer?

Summary
This study tests whether a personalized, lower dose of radiation combined with standard chemotherapy is as effective as the standard full-dose radiation plus chemotherapy for people with HPV-positive throat cancer. About 291 participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatments. The goal is to see if the lower dose reduces side effects and maintains quality of life without affecting survival.
