First seen Jan 16, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a low sulfur diet can reduce ongoing symptoms like belly pain and diarrhea in people whose Crohn's disease is otherwise quiet. Twenty participants will either follow the diet or eat as usual for 8 weeks, with support from nutritionists. The goal is to see if changing diet can improve daily comfort without needing more medication.
