Summary

This study looks at whether low-resistance exercise training is safe and can help reduce frailty and improve quality of life in people with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). About 20 participants will do gentle exercises and report how they feel. The goal is to see if this type of training is practical and beneficial for daily living.
