This study tested whether low-level laser therapy, combined with a self-care program, can reduce pain and improve jaw movement in people with temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders. 66 adults with recent jaw muscle pain took part. The treatment aimed to ease symptoms, not cure the condition.
