First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study will test if a gentler form of exercise, using a blood pressure cuff to limit blood flow, can improve leg strength and balance as well as traditional resistance training in people who have had a stroke. Eighty adults aged 30-40 who had a stroke 3-12 months ago will participate. The goal is to find a safer, easier way to help stroke survivors regain movement and prevent falls.
