Summary
This study looks at whether low-impact group exercise classes can reduce pain in people with knee, hip, or ankle osteoarthritis. Participants will attend exercise sessions three times a week for six months, along with standard diet and behavioral health support. The study aims to enroll 10,000 adults aged 18 and older who have joint pain and can commit to the schedule.
