First seen May 02, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study looks at whether skipping the initial high-flow step (wash-in) and going straight to low-flow anesthesia is safe. It involves 60 adults having non-emergency surgeries lasting over 30 minutes. Researchers will check oxygen levels and brain activity to see if this quicker method works well.
