First seen Mar 13, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study looked at two different methods of giving sevoflurane anesthesia during gynecologic surgery in 97 women. The goal was to see if using a lower gas flow (minimal flow) affects body temperature, heart rate, and blood pressure compared to a standard flow (metabolic flow). The study also checked if using less gas reduces costs and harm to the environment.
