Summary

This study is testing whether the order people try two popular diets affects how much body fat they lose. Overweight adults will receive all their meals delivered to their homes, following either a low-carb diet first then switching to low-fat, or the reverse order, for 4 weeks each. Researchers will measure body fat changes to see if starting with one diet leads to better results than the other.
