Summary
This study tests whether low-dose naltrexone (LDN) can safely reduce pain from diabetic neuropathy, a common complication of diabetes. About 35 adults with painful diabetic neuropathy who have not responded to standard treatments will receive LDN and a placebo in random order. The goal is to see if LDN improves pain and daily function without the risks of opioids.
