Summary
This study is testing whether a low dose of ketamine can help reduce the amount of strong painkillers (opioids) needed and lower pain levels in people recovering from a type of aortic repair surgery called TEVAR. About 30 adults scheduled for this surgery will receive either ketamine or a placebo, and their pain and opioid use will be tracked for 48 hours. The goal is to find a safer way to manage pain after surgery.
