NCT ID NCT05493566

First seen Feb 17, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests whether adding low-dose IL-2 to the immunotherapy drug pembrolizumab can strengthen the immune system's attack on advanced lung cancer. About 15 people with untreated stage IV non-small cell lung cancer will receive the combination. The main goal is to see if this approach increases the number of active immune cells in the blood.
