Summary
This study tests a low dose of Interleukin-2 (IL-2) in 30 people aged 12-80 with moderate-to-severe Crohn's disease. The goal is to find the safest and most effective dose to reduce symptoms. Participants will be monitored for side effects and changes in disease activity over 8 weeks.
