First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study tests whether a low-dose fisetin supplement (100 mg daily for 7 weeks) is safe and can reduce signs of inflammation and aging in healthy adults aged 50 and older. Researchers will compare changes in blood markers and side effects between the supplement and placebo groups. The goal is to see if this popular 'anti-aging' supplement actually works in humans.
