First seen Apr 10, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a low dose of clonidine, a drug usually used for high blood pressure, can help veterans with PTSD feel better, especially with sleep and daytime symptoms. About 32 veterans will take the drug and be monitored for 6 weeks. The goal is to see if their PTSD symptoms and sleep quality improve.
