Summary
This study tests whether giving a low dose of albumin (a natural protein) during emergency stroke treatment can protect brain tissue and improve recovery. About 100 adults with a certain type of stroke will receive either albumin or a placebo (salt water) alongside standard procedures. The goal is to see if albumin reduces brain injury and leads to better neurological outcomes.
