Summary
This study tests a special low-calorie, high-protein tube feeding formula in 12 obese adults who rely on tube feeding for most of their nutrition. The goal is to see if it helps them lose weight while keeping muscle mass and improving blood pressure, blood sugar, and cholesterol. Participants must have a BMI over 30, be weight-stable, and have had a stroke.
