NCT ID NCT06451055

Summary

This study is testing whether an 8-week low-calorie diet can reverse a condition called isolated impaired fasting glucose, an early form of prediabetes. It will enroll 34 overweight or obese adults who are physically inactive. The goal is to see if this specific diet improves blood sugar control and liver health compared to people who continue their usual eating habits.
