Summary
This study tests whether a low-calorie diet can help reverse a condition called isolated impaired fasting glucose, an early sign of prediabetes. Researchers will enroll 34 overweight or obese adults aged 35 to 65 who are not very active. The goal is to see if the diet is practical, acceptable, and effective at improving blood sugar and weight.
