First seen Nov 21, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study compares two treatments for chronic low back pain: a hands-on therapy that mobilizes the back's connective tissue and an ultrasound-guided injection of a sugar-water solution. The goal is to see which better reduces pain, improves movement, and enhances quality of life. The study will enroll 75 adults aged 18-65 with long-lasting low back pain.
