First seen Nov 21, 2025 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study compares two treatments for chronic low back pain: a hands-on therapy called thoracolumbar fascia mobilization and an injection of a sugar-water solution (5% dextrose) guided by ultrasound. The goal is to see which approach better reduces pain, improves movement, and enhances quality of life. The study will enroll 75 adults aged 18 to 65 who have had low back pain for more than 3 months and have not responded well to standard medical care.
