Summary
This study tested whether a 1.5-day program combining education and exercise is feasible for people with low back pain that hasn't improved with first treatments. 23 adults with subacute or chronic low back pain took part. The program aimed to reduce pain and fear of movement, and was found to be acceptable to patients.
