Summary
This study tested a one-and-a-half-day program that combines education and exercise for people with subacute or chronic low back pain who had not improved with first-line treatments. The program was designed for those who did not need a more intensive rehabilitation program. The study included 23 participants and measured how acceptable the program was and whether it helped reduce pain and fear of movement.
