Summary

This study looks at the long-term safety of a drug called guselkumab in children who have Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, or juvenile psoriatic arthritis. About 196 kids who already completed a previous study and benefited from the drug will continue treatment. The main goal is to track any side effects over time.
