Kids with gut and joint diseases get Long-Term safety check on drug

Summary
This study looks at the long-term safety of a drug called guselkumab in children with moderate to severe Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, or juvenile psoriatic arthritis. About 196 kids who already completed a previous guselkumab study and benefited from it will continue treatment. Researchers will track side effects over time to ensure the drug remains safe for ongoing use.
