First seen Jan 18, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study follows about 40 people with intermediate- or high-risk myelofibrosis who are already taking gecacitinib from earlier trials. No new treatments are given—this is an observation-only study to understand long-term effects.
