Summary
This study follows about 40 people with intermediate- or high-risk myelofibrosis who are already taking gecacitinib from earlier trials. Researchers collect bone marrow and blood samples once a year to see if the disease and gene mutations change over time. No new treatments are given—this is an observation-only study to understand long-term effects.
