Can a periodic fasting diet keep weight off and slow aging?

Summary
This study follows overweight adults aged 30-65 who previously tried a fasting-mimicking diet to see if they can keep off at least half the fat they lost. Participants will continue the diet every three months for one year. Researchers will also check if improvements in heart health and aging markers last.
