First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study follows adults aged 30-65 who previously lost weight on a fasting-mimicking diet (FMD) or FMD plus a longevity diet. Researchers want to see if participants can keep off at least half of the fat they lost and maintain heart health improvements by doing the FMD every three months for one more year. The goal is to learn whether periodic diet cycles can have lasting benefits on body composition and aging markers.
