Summary

This study follows patients for 10 years after receiving a two-level artificial disc implant in their neck. The goal is to see if the implant remains safe and effective at reducing pain and disability from degenerative disc disease over the long term. It tracks outcomes like neck function, pain levels, and whether any additional surgeries are needed.
