Summary

This study is tracking patients for 10 years after they received an artificial disc implant in their neck to treat degenerative disc disease. It aims to see how safe and effective the implant remains over the long term, specifically for patients who had two discs replaced. The research will measure pain, neck function, and any complications over a decade.
