Summary

This study tested a 6-week outpatient rehab program for 125 adults with Long COVID. The program included physical and speech therapy tailored to each person's needs, aiming to improve breathing, thinking, and daily function. Researchers measured progress using a six-minute walk test and other assessments.

What this could lead to
If it works, this could point toward an effective rehab program to help people with Long COVID feel better and function more normally.
What could go wrong
This is a small, completed study without a control group for comparison, so results may not apply to everyone. Benefits may be modest or not last long-term.
