Summary
This study looks at how different blood pressure treatment targets (intensive vs. standard) affect artery stiffness in veterans over 60 with high blood pressure. Researchers will use a new, non-invasive method to measure artery stiffness and also analyze genetic factors. The goal is to learn how to better personalize blood pressure care for older adults to improve heart health.
